Whether it’s rewinding and overhauling the original equipment or offering to source and replace with a new unit, we will always offer our customers all the options available, both economically and from a service point of view. This keeps them fully in control of the repair procedure.
Ac/Dc Servo Motor Repairs
With a complex design that incorporates numerous intricate components, servo motor repairs must be carried out by experienced and knowledgeable engineers, to restore the motor back to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.
All servo motor repairs are completed “in house” at our well-equipped workshop. We will inspect and repair all electrical and mechanical parts of the servo motor, including feedback position/alignment, all data is logged on our comprehensive job cards/database. We will also re-magnetise magnets to ensure the is no loss in performance from the OEM’s design parameters.

Ac/Dc Spindle Motor Repairs
Spindle motors are designed to run at very high speeds; therefore, it is imperative that all tolerances are maintained or returned to the OEM specification to ensure reliability and longevity after the repair has taken place. All feedback units will be fully tested and will be reset to their original position.
Rotor and armatures will be dynamically balanced to ensure vibration levels are kept to an absolute minimum, also any ancillary components for example, force vent fan systems and brake units will also be serviced if fitted. All motors can be ran up in our workshop to their maximum speed.
